Booking & Enrollment

Learners can enroll anytime, as the course is self-paced and entirely online.

Rescheduling & Access

Access is granted immediately upon enrollment.
Learners may pause and resume the course at their convenience—no fixed schedule applies.

Refund & Cancellation

100 % refund if canceled before course access is granted (i.e., before enrollment is confirmed) 
100 % refund if course is fully dropped within the first week of access .
No refund after the first week, regardless of usage—similar to FPU’s practice of non-refundable second-week enrollments

Minimum Engagement

While self‑paced, learners are encouraged to complete at least one module per week.
Course remains accessible for up to 6 months post-enrollment to support flexible pacing.
