When founders Corey and Kim began learning American Sign Language (ASL), they discovered limited resources in their semi-rural area. This challenge sparked a dream – to create a platform where people could connect with real teachers from around the world to learn, grow, and achieve their goals.
While ASL played a crucial role in our foundation, we quickly realized that to truly empower people, we needed to expand beyond languages. With gratitude to our first deaf teachers, we’ve grown into a platform offering a wide array of subjects, including academics, creative skills, and test preparation – all with the same mission of fostering meaningful human connections.
