Description

Discipline in Physical Education has too often relied on compliance, punishment, and public shaming — practices that discourage students, damage confidence, and push them away from physical activity. This course challenges those outdated methods and provides teachers with a student-centered, relationship-driven approach to discipline in PE.

Over 10 engaging modules, you’ll explore how to build trust, promote belonging, integrate SEL (Social Emotional Learning), and keep students motivated even in large, diverse classes. You’ll discover practical strategies that shift PE from a place of fear or embarrassment into a space of growth, encouragement, and ownership.

Through video lectures, downloadable templates, reflection, and hands-on assignments, you’ll leave with a toolkit of strategies you can implement immediately in your own classroom.

This course isn’t just about classroom management — it’s about transforming PE into a supportive environment where every student feels valued, capable, and inspired to move.
