📚 Booking Policy for Online Classes
Welcome! To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following policies before booking a class.
📅 Scheduling & Booking
All classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our official booking platform:

Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
💳 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: Stripe: credit/debit card, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle. All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise noted.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class time are eligible for a full credit or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class time are not eligible for a refund or credit. No-shows will not be refunded.
🔁 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your class up to 1 time with 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email c/o: NefertariNkenge@educatetoliberatellc.com
w/ your full name and class date/time.
⏱️ Late Policy
Please arrive/log in on time. Classes will start promptly at the scheduled time. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted and will not be refunded.
💻 Technology Requirements
Classes are held via client's preferred online platform: Zoom/Google Meet/Teams, etc. A stable internet connection and functioning microphone/camera are required.
Please test your technology ahead of time. Technical issues on the student’s end will not be grounds for a refund.
