📚 Booking Policy 

Thank you for choosing to learn with me! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following booking policy:

⏰ Booking & Rescheduling

• All lessons must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.

• You may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 6 hours before the start time.

• To reschedule, simply use the platform tools or message me directly.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 6 hours in advance will be charged in full.

• If you don’t show up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the lesson will be marked as a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• I understand emergencies happen — please communicate with me as soon as possible if something comes up.

💬 Communication & Preparedness

• Please make sure your internet, audio, and camera are working before the class.

• Have any materials or questions you'd like to go over ready so we can make the most of our time!
