Booking Policy

I believe that successful learning begins with a great fit. Every child is different and learns in a unique way, which is why I offer free, no-obligation consultations as a way to meet you and your student.

During this session, we can discuss your child's specific goals, learning style, and challenges, and start designing a custom curriculum around their unique needs.

Booking and Cancellation:

• Free Consultation: All new parents are encouraged to book a complimentary 15-minute introductory call before committing to any paid class. This ensures we are the right partnership for your child's success.

• Scheduling: All classes are scheduled based on mutual availability. I recommend booking follow-up sessions one week in advance to secure your preferred time slots.

• Lateness: If you are running late, please send a quick message. I will wait up to 15 minutes. If a student does not arrive within 15 minutes, the session will be considered a late cancellation.
