*Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before scheduled session. *No shows (without notice) will be charged the full session fee. *Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 12 hours in advance (subject to availability). *Students should log in 5 minutes early to check technology (internet, audio, video). *Sessions will begin and end on time. *Students are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, Webcam, and microphone. *Students are expected to be respectful and ready to learn. *Disruptive behavior may result in termination of session without refund.
