Scheduling
All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through the platform’s booking system. Please check the calendar for current availability.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students may cancel or reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session may be charged at 50% of the lesson fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
Communication
All communication regarding scheduling, lesson goals, or technical issues should be done through the platform’s messaging system or email. I aim to respond within 12 hours.
Technical Requirements
Students should ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working microphone and camera, and access to necessary learning materials before the session begins.
Class Preparation
To make the most of each session, students are encouraged to share specific learning goals or questions ahead of time. Tailored materials or exercises will be provided accordingly.
Lesson Conduct
Sessions will start promptly. If a student is more than 10 minutes late, the session time will be reduced accordingly, and the full fee still applies.
Respectful Learning Environment
Mutual respect and a positive attitude are essential for a productive learning experience. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without refund.
