Booking Policy

Online TESOL Class Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing to study English with me! To ensure smooth scheduling and fair use of class time, please review the following booking policies:

1. Scheduling

• All lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• Lessons are confirmed only after payment has been received.

2. Payments

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of teacher cancellation (see below).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Teacher Cancellations

• If the teacher must cancel a lesson, students will be offered either a rescheduled lesson or a full refund for that session.

5. Attendance & Lateness

• Lessons will begin at the scheduled time.
• If a student is late, the class will still end at the original time.
• If a student does not attend within the first 15 minutes, the lesson will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

6. Technology Requirements

• Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and (if required) a camera.
• Technical issues on the student’s side are not grounds for a refund.

7. Communication

• All scheduling and rescheduling should be done via TheFluentWorld.com website
