Booking Policy
1. Booking Process
- Registration: Students must complete an online registration form and provide necessary details (name, contact information, preferred language, level of proficiency, etc.).
- Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made, students will receive an email confirmation with details of the class (date, time, Zoom link or platform link, materials, etc.).
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot in the class.
2. Class Scheduling
- Class Timings: Specify the class days and times. Clearly mention time zones to avoid confusion for international students.
- Rescheduling: Students can reschedule a class at least 24 hours before the start time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class may not be accommodated or might incur a fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: If a student cancels at least 48 hours before the class, they may receive a full refund or credit towards a future class.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the class may be eligible for a partial refund (e.g., 50%).
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.
- Provider Cancellations: If the instructor cancels the class, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another session.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided. A student may be marked as a no-show if they are more than 15 minutes late.
5. Attendance and Punctuality
- Students are expected to log in 5 minutes before the start time to ensure there are no technical issues.
6. Technical Requirements
- Students must have access to a stable internet connection, a functioning webcam, and a microphone.
- It is the student's responsibility to ensure their equipment is functioning properly before the class begins. No refunds will be given for technical issues on the student's end.

- Provide clear contact details for any questions or concerns regarding bookings, cancellations, or technical support.
