Description

Your body can only perform at its best when it’s fueled the right way. In this lesson, we’ll explore the connection between nutrition and movement, giving you simple, practical strategies to support your workouts with the right foods. You’ll also complete a workout focused on pectorals, triceps, abs, and obliques—combining low-impact cardio and strength moves for a complete challenge.

Workout Structure:

  • Warm-Up – Prepare your body with dynamic, low-impact movements

  • Workout – 3 rounds of targeted strength + cardio, using a mixed interval timer

  • Cool Down – Stretch and restore

Mini-Lesson Focus:

  • How to fuel before and after your workouts

  • Understanding the role of carbs, protein, and fats in your training

  • Building habits that energize you instead of draining you
