Lesson 4: Movement You Enjoy
In this lesson, we shift the focus from what you should do to what you enjoy doing. You’ll explore how joyful movement can boost consistency, improve mood, and reduce the pressure to be “perfect.” The workout features 15 low-impact, total-body compound combo exercises done in 2 rounds (30 seconds on, 15 seconds off), paired with a warm-up and cool down.

You’ll also dive into a short educational lesson, complete a reflection about the kinds of movement you enjoy, and take one step closer to designing a fitness plan that’s truly yours.
