Before we dive into sets and reps, we start with something deeper—your “why.” This lesson guides you through a low-impact cardio workout while helping you connect with the real reason you're beginning (or restarting) your fitness journey.

After the workout, you’ll reflect, set meaningful goals, and begin building your personalized workout plan—starting with purpose, not pressure.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

  • Complete a 3-round, low-impact cardio session

  • Reflect on your personal motivation

  • Set short- and long-term fitness goals

  • Optional task: Create a vision board to earn the Rooted in Purpose badge

By the end of this lesson, you’ll feel more energized, more focused, and more committed to a plan that’s truly your own.
