Booking Policy

Eligibility for ESL Classes

Our online ESL classes are designed for students with at least an intermediate level of English proficiency. This ensures that you can actively participate in lessons, understand instructions, and engage in meaningful discussions. If you're unsure about your level, please contact us for a brief assessment before booking.

Booking Policy

Scheduling: Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full lesson fee.
Lateness: I allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the lesson may be considered a no-show.
Payment: Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. Package options are available for multiple sessions.

Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a camera for online classes.
We recommend using a quiet space free from distractions to maximize your learning experience.
