Booking Policy

📚 Online Tutoring Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing me as your tutor! To ensure a smooth and productive learning experience, please review the following booking policies:

Scheduling

• All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the scheduling platform.

• Availability is updated weekly; sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Students may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 12–24 hours’ notice (choose your preferred window).

• Cancellations made with less than the required notice will be charged the full session fee.

• If I need to reschedule, I will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

Late Arrivals

• If a student is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

• If a student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Packages (if applicable) must be paid in full before the first session.

Technology Requirements

• Sessions are conducted via [Zoom/Google Meet/other platform].

• Students should ensure they have a reliable internet connection, working microphone, and webcam.

• Please log in a few minutes early to test your setup.

Code of Conduct

• Sessions are designed to be positive, respectful, and focused on learning.

• Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval.
