Language Tutor Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing to learn with me, your dedicated language tutor at The Fluent World. I am committed to providing you with an exceptional language learning experience that is tailored to your needs and goals. To ensure a smooth and effective learning journey, please take a moment to review the booking policy outlined below:
Booking Confirmation: Upon selecting your preferred language tutoring package and scheduling your sessions, you will receive a confirmation with the details of your booking. This will include the date, time, and duration of each session.
Payment: Payment for your selected tutoring package is required in full at the time of booking. This guarantees your reserved time slots for the agreed-upon sessions.
Rescheduling: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule a session. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. I will do my best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that suits both parties. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.
No Refund Policy: I have a strict no refund policy in place. Once payment is made for your selected tutoring package, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. I encourage you to consider your schedule and commitment before making a booking.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." In the case of a no-show, the session will be forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late to a scheduled session without previous notice, please note that the session will still need to end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures that our subsequent commitments are not compromised.
Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties or connectivity issues on either end, I will do my best to address the situation promptly and extend the session time if possible. However, I cannot guarantee additional time for technical disruptions on your side.
